Post signage on the door showing the office hours. After another U-Hall location couldn't provide the required vehicle, we were referred to American Freight for the truck that we needed. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., to find the facility closed. We waited around to see if someone would show up. Some one did finally arrive around 11 a.m. to open the shop. A sign on the door showing office hours would have given us some reassurance that we would be getting a truck without further complications.
