I’ve used U-Haul several times. Worst experience I’ve had by far. Got it to our house there was broke glass all in the back, called left messages no one called back.

The lady behind the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The U-Haul was not able to add drivers per the menu and we had to call UHaul customer service, after adding drivers through the app 2-3 times.

WILLIAM WI like to pay cash and no receipt they didn't have an option.. they let me sit by the gate for approximately 10 minutes and they knew I was going out.. very poor managed facility..
