Maybe make the penalty for not turning in a truck on time far more than it currently is. My wife and I had 3 cancellations on reservations after the trucks we originally reserved didn’t show up. Ridiculous. Will not be using U-Haul ever again even if I have to pay more with Penske.

Have resources to make better recommendations or to complete labor that is associated with wiring (with the trailers). The dealer didn’t know how to rectify this problem and I had to drive across town to find someone who could make my lights work. I would have also like a bit of advice on how to back up the trailer. The first time I used one four years ago, the associate gave me a few pointers, many of which I’ve forgotten. This time, I received no tips.

I would not recommend UHaul to anyone. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have spent almost $1300 in a 3 month frame period with you guys and on this last time of hauling stuff I was charged an extra day (A HOLIDAY mind you). After calling and trying to figure out if there was anything that could be done I got a few RUDE and argumentative customer service reps. I can promise you one thing....I will MAKE SURE to tell all my friends and family to go with another company for their moving experiences.

When I arrived the CSR told me he had forgotten the key to my reserved 10 ft truck at home. It was the only 10 ft truck available. They upgraded me to a 15ft truck but a bigger truck uses more gas and I didn’t need a 15 ft truck. I was also charged twice for one dolly and they told me to get the refund at the drop off location. All in all this location was unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was charged a 15 cleaning fee for a small amount of dirt that was left near the door of the trailer by mistake. This was described as a "pile of dust." When I asked JM trailers about the fee and showed pictures of the inside of the trailer, I did not receive any verbal response from the gentleman assisting me. Instead he went on looking for tgeir photos which took about 15 mins and I did not get to look at. I stood there in silence while he looked for the picture. He asked me to see my phone pictures again and then said I would receive a cal from his Manager. I am currently awaiting that call. I agree there was a small amount of dirt by the door that was left by mistake because i did sweep, but it was not something thay warranted a $15.00 cleaning fee. That is almost as much as renting another trauker. The worker that noted "pile of dust" could not even see it in my photo. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised and very unsatisfied that I was being charged for a cleaning when I have pictures that show a very small amount of dust.

I was two hours late returning it for 24 hours and he still charged nectei days. Horrible. And extra day firctei hours I picked it up at 3 and dropped it off at 5 the next day and got charged two days. Horrible
