Truck windshield as dirty inside and out - and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. I have rented U-Haul trucks in the past with the same two issues. Does U-Haul not have procedures to clean windshields and fill reservoirs?! Gas tank was only between 1/4 and 1/2 full, so I had to stop and find gas before arriving at my destination. Does U-Haul not have procedures to ensure gas tanks are either full or at least have enough gas to get to the reserved destination?!
