The dealership claim me damage the van even they do an inspection before and after the rental progress. How ridiculous it Is!! The van just park in road side and no one or any surveillacne system watch it. It could be anyone but me to damage the van. Beside there is a women who serve me when I rent the van and return it back to the store, but it end up a man who said I damage the van. I didn’t see that guy at all and he is not there when I return the van and having an inspection at the end. I will take my legal action to protect my reputation and I won’t suffer these ridiculous happen!

I didn't realize until after returning the truck that the kilometer rate is $0.30 higher than other Uhaul dealers. Is that normal or was I overcharged?

Provide location of vehicle prior to pick up as it was 6 blocks from pick up spot and after speaking to 4 customer service representatives, I had to drive in a grid pattern through the area to try and find. The whole experience took an hour to actually get my vehicle. Then when went to return the website failed repeated when trying to pay.

The owner and his way of handling customer service is the downfall of this locataion. Long story short, I was doubled charged for an item and was never refunded, the owner referred me to UHaul customer service instead of taking care of it himself. Guess what, UHaul doesn't even answer my call, what a scam. Don't bother with this guy, he should have consequences for not providing good customer service.

Worst rental experience in my life. First of all the truck is park is parked over 2 blocks away from rental store. I went to walked to view the truck he was going to rent to me and it was filthy. I returned and asked him if he had a cleaner truck so he said ok and rented me me a different one that was clean on the outside but had previous renters receipts and misc. garbage inside. He apologized and said that truck had just returned from another province and that he never got the chance to clean it yet. I took the different truck as I had to transport a brand new doghouse. The truck barely had any fuel in it. I dropped the truck off in front of the store later that evening and put the keys in the box. I get the contacted emailed to me the next day with a cleaning fee. I called and expressed my disappointment and asked that he remove the fee. He refused and sent me a picture of dirt in the truck. Very dishonest person. The dirt was not mine. The only thing a left in the truck was a 4 foot piece of clean twine that I thought the next renter could use. I will be filing a complaint with uhaul against this horrible experience with this location. Charged me a cleaning fee when I returned the truck in the same manner as it was given to me.

It was super inefficient and not an easier process than done in person. Very cumbersome and time consuming and the process wasn't made clear before the option to continue. And I asked for and got charged for a dolly and didn't get it.

This was the first time I rented a truck at uhaul and definitely the last time from this location. Unbelievable unfriendly, not anble to answer the questions, we both have felt really unwelcomed, it feel that we have distubtes this guy from his flower and supermarket work and he was unwilling to help us. We explained that we are new to Canada and have not rented a van before but he did not wanted to ask us the questions about fuel etc. Returning the vehicle was the same feeling and we had to wait and he did not explain why. The just said we need to wait for the other customer in the store until he finishes all his grovery shopping. (he was not at the cashier, just looking around) later I understood the wait time because he had to lock the door to check the car. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave without checking the car together with him because I did not feel I could trust this guy. Never again at this location and I am not sure if I will try uhaul again after that experience.

Just a terrible terrible experience. Still shaken by it. Tall ,older ,thin ,asian owner of the store (Western Market) I assume tried to add on charges for no reason and when asked about why....well. Verbally cussed at and physically threatened and told to get the F.. out and call uhaul would not take drop off. Rudest and meanest person ever to represent U-Haul im sure. Stay well away very traumatic experience

Have someone that speaks proper English explain to the customer what he is being charged for I am very disappointed with Uhaul I rented your vehicle for 23 days. I have a large incorporation too and this in my eyes is unexceptable. I respected you expect the same in return. I feel I was not respected as a client and feel very sick to my stomach I feel money is the only factor here but in hindsight I feel it’s a lot more than that it’s called respect your clients. If this is my experience it’s a horrible one. I am going to escalate this as I feel very disrespected and blind sided. Thank you Darren

The owner of the store was late opening. We had to wait more than an hour for the store to open. When we asked him why he was late and why his phone not answering he just said I da something to do. The Chinese owner was very rude and yelling at us for some stupid question that we asked him why he needs another person's phone number for the references. He virtually told us to go to another store to rent. He is mentally not fit to deal with costumers. I do not recommend him at all for your business.

booked a truck for Aug 21st pick up at 10:00am. but the guy called me on 20th said he's not gonna be there at 10:00am and I can just pick it up this afternoon which I did. So when I return the truck, I got charged for two days rantal fee and the insurance. I could totally avoid that if he said something when I pick up the truck. And the truck was off alignment, steering wheel was off to left when driving straight.
