Broken light early into trip and the ratchets on the straps were extremely difficult to use. They had a lot of corrosion and did not function properly. But aside from the trailer the service was excellent.

They forgot the log the trailer back in when I returned it. And I got a call from U-haul. Nothing that would stop me from renting there again everything was straightened out and I didn't have to pay any extra.
