Check engine light was on, floor of the truck bed was very dusty, some of the moving blankets looked like they have not been washed in years. Clerk was helpful but difficult to understand as she talked very quietly and had an accent. No printer or scanner to provide sale receipts. Hours on a Sunday (noon) is ridiculous time to start a move, push the hours up to 9 or 10 am.

The employee working didn't really seem to know what was going on. The equipment worked but the ratchet strap mechanisms were severely rusted and took some man handling to really get them to lock. I know this isn't really the employees fault but the trailers should at least be inspected and put some wd40 on them or something.
IVAN CTrain your staff better. I was told by the woman at front desk that I could drop my trailer off in Cochrane, AB. Only to find out that there is not even a U-Haul location in Cochrane and I had to drive all the way back to Calgary to return the trailer. Wasting my time and money on fuel. Extremely frustrating situation to say the least. I definitely will not be back. Also the ratchets for the tire straps are very rusty and hard to use. Very poorly maintained trailer equipment. Do better. If I had to rate this U-Haul experience from 1- 5 (5 being excellent) I would rate it at -4! Absolute garbage!
James OThe office was locked and there was no sign of an employee on the property. Maybe a sign indicating the staff would be back shortly would be helpful. The employee spoke very quietly and we had to repeatedly ask her to repeat what she was saying.
Lori MVehicle had no windshield washer fluid and was challenging to drive with conditions on the highway. The windshield was also held on by tape. The mobile checkin and app was challenging to use and not clear instructions
