When I retrieved my rental, I was told it would be cheaper to return the rental in McCormick, only to find out it would triple my rate. I was blatantly lied to. Had to call multiple times to pick up AND return the rental. Upon return, the business was closed and gate was locked, even though all sites said the business was open from 9am-8am on Sundays. Instead of coming to receive the rental return, they requested I just leave the rental at their gate and send the photos to their phone so they could complete the return themselves. I did not trust this, so I completed the return myself on the app and left the rental at the gate as instructed. I was sure to take enough photos to cover myself but I will NOT be renting here again.
