I used the U-Haul app and was completely overwhelmed that the app and rental process was a hassle from start to finish. I picked up the truck before hours but the lock combo was incorrect which delayed my start time. Thankfully I only had to wait an hour for the location to open and have an employee help whom agreed that there was an error made. I wasn’t able to upload any photos, mileage, or fuel confirmation even after attempting 6 times. However I was able to upload photos are drop off. (That struck me as weird.) A plus was their customer service line was helpful and did not have a long hold time. I think I was over charged and after a 12 hour day of moving I had no more energy to dispute this matter. All in all I give my experience a 5/10.

I asked for a one day rental, then when we got through with the rental process, I thought the price was too much for one day, he assured me it was normal, then after I downloaded the U-Haul app, I could clearly see that he rented the trailer for two days and overcharged me.
