I checked in online for pick up. I showed the lady that I had checked in, she insisted that I had only made a reservation and hadn't completed the check in. I sat there for 30 minutes going back and forth with her that i had done everything i needed to do and it was only on her end that something needed to be done. Turns out... it was only on her end that something needed to be done... I even called to confirm a day previous to my pick up to confirm this would ruin smoothly since I was paying movers by the hour and I still had troubles

Eric FI have rented twice at this location. 1st time was ok with no issues. 2nd had problems from the start. Vehicle problems. Paperwork problems. Time at location was excessive. Incorrect rate. I will rent somewhere else next time.
