The truck i was given needs new shocks. The ride was not to smooth. Other than that overall got the job done.

JO GOriginally I book my U-Haul truck in a different location in Canoga Avenue my pick up time was at 9:30 in the morning and it was passing 10 AM and the business was still closed. I called several times to the number listed on the window and on the app and nobody answer so I have no choice to call customer service to transfer my reservation to a different location which is what Topanga Canyon I want some kind of reimbursement of the reservation due to a waste one hour waiting for this business to open and I was paying two guys to help me move my stuff so like I say I need some kind of reimbursement of this reservation.
