I walked in to ask if I could rent a truck and the attendant said no they were all rented. I drove home, reserved and rented a truck at the same location for 1 hour later and the same attendant acted like nothing was weird. I lost a lot of time because he was unfamiliar with the process. The topanga oil location was the worst experience for me and fucked my morning up.

the Service was great the truck was clean and well maintained. We were late picking up the reservation, the staff was very understanding, and the rental was veery smooth.
