I reserved an appliance dolly they did not have one the truck was dirty on the inside I have pictures to prove it! They gave me one of their shop dolly’s to borrow and the one they let me borrow was a crap the tires where busted on it would not hold air in the tires! I was supposed to have the truck picked up at 7 am ended up having to wait for someone to show up and they did not show up until 8am. They charged me for mileage when I still returned the truck with a half a tank of fuel more than what they gave me when I picked it up. Which it was almost on empty! I also returned it clean on the inside. I will not recommend this location to anyone. This was by far my worst experience with U-Haul.

William RService was terrible. Location for pick up no was there and I had no one to hook up trailer to the rental truck! Owner was not available to assist at all by me a woman I had to figure out how to hook up trailer myself. Wife of owner was very nice and trying to assist me. I give her 2👍🏽 but not the owner! This was the worse experience with Uhaul I have ever had. There should have some kind compensation for the bad experience I had. Owner was notified by his wife and he still did come to assist the truck rental. There was no gas in truck.
LOUISE DThe customer service was horrible. The gate was locked and the only way I entered was when the worker’s friend brought her food- she opened the gate. Never once got up from her chair to help me find the trailer. I had to move other trailers to get to the one I rented. Then I loaded it on my own, and left after signing the paper work. Then the employee called me repeatedly complaining because she did not get a photo of my vehicle with the trailer I rented. Then she kept calling me asking me to send her a photo- I told her I was NOT doing her job for her. She was lazy, rude and incompetent. It is so unfortunate, because the location is not bed but the employees were pitiful.
