The boy at the Comtois explained to me badly how to close the contract. The way I understood it, I had to return after 24 hours to close the contract at the place where I had taken the truck, but I could have stayed at home to sleep and closed the contract online. I ordered a truck in Sorel-Tracy and I found out when I got there that the dealer did not leave the keys for me to pick up the truck. The day before I had gotten an email saying that everything was confirmed. An agent found a truck at Carignan, but I had to drive an hour to get there and an hour back to Sorel-Tracy. I had therefore to pay gas on my car and to pay my 2 moving guys 2 hours more. Bear in mind this review goes to Remorques et Attaches Sorel-Tracy and not to Produits d’Aménagement Palomino.
