NICHOLAS SThe employee was 15 minutes late to work in the morning. My reservation was supposed to start at 8, i did not leave the gas station where i picked up my truck until 8:45 due to lateness and slowness on the employees part. Then when i returned the truck again the employee was not there! I had to sit and wait until she came back from wherever she was (smoke break?)

WILLIAM SThe tire pressure was low. Probably due to the cold weather. My reservation was not followed. The person at the rental location could not explain the difference between my reservation quote and the cost on the rental agreement. I rented for three days and got a call in two days to return the Van because they rented it to another person. When I returned the Van, the person swore at me. Called my mother names and threw my contract across the floor.
