WILLIAM SMy only concern was starting out with a quarter of a tank of gas...it was kind of hard trying to guage how much to put back in it to bring it back up to where it was when I left the lot. No trouble whatsoever with the truck...check in was quick and the employees friendly.
VICKIE LThey weren’t open and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive. They gave me a key to the wrong van. Then the “U-Haul” workers arrived when I went back in to get the correct key. The girl working at the convenience store was still checking people in and I had to wait again. The 2 U Haul employees did nothing and I didn’t get help until she told them to help. The Saturday before, I waited 45 minutes and no one showed up so I left. When I called to complain about that they said my appointment was at 10:30 not 9:30. Wrong. Terrible decision to rent from there.
