Make sure equipment is available at pickup location before pickup time. I ordered doilies and hand trucks but was told they weren't available.
Greg D.I was charged for equipment I didn't have or use. I attempted to report this in the check out process as well. If possible, a follow up about missing equipment would be awesome. I know that we had the vehicle on a closed day so just being able to refund the cost would have been best for us.
