PROMPT SERVICE
W AThe u-haul app was not working when I returned the vehicle after-hours, so I was unable to go through the return process. I called this location to let them know but they still charged me.
Irene AThey gave me the wrong vehicle number, then I had to fight to be reimbursed for fuel I put into that incorrect one they gave me. I still haven’t been given back $50 of it. They admitted their mistake but won’t do anything about it.
