RICHARD DIt was a little out of my way being about 15 miles away
MICHAEL KI had a bad experience between their computer and lock box not working, which wasn't human error. The pricing presented to me on line before I gave my credit was less than after,also with going less miles than predicted .what could be improved "The transparency was not there".
KENNETH LTerrible accountability on the reps part. Due to miscommunication and not proper inventory status updated on the dealer behalf we ran into the issue of over billing rented hours. Here we go into the rabbit hole of long phone calls delayed periods of not having these funds to use. Personally would call this thievery of time and effort.
