The truck was not available in the city we reserved it for and had to travel 4 hrs round trip to pick it up on the day of the move. This resulted in delays in moving and extra cost and time to pick up the truck before we could even load it. I was notified of the truck being unavailable at 4:40pm the night before we needed to move. If I had more noticed I would have found a different vehicle. We paid for pads and they were not in the truck.
