The interior was a little dirty. It smelled like grass. And there was ash in the cup holders.

Equipment wasn’t there had to drive across town to a person who got mad at me for doing what U-Haul told me to do

Angelo CI put gas in the truck but I was still charged after I returned it. I am not happy about this charge.
LORI LI see a common theme in the feedback for this location but rented from here to give them an honest chance. Overcharged for adding the insurance that I know I didn't add. When I picked up the truck, they didn't have me review or sign any paperwork which was odd but I went with it, improperly assuming the reservation was consistent with the reservation I made. When I turned it in, they said I would be emailed an invoice but I asked to see it and they said they would check me out. After checking me out, my total was a good 30% higher than what it should have been but they still would not provide me any paperwork with the detailed breakdown and said they would have to call Uhaul? They got Uhaul on the phone and I was able to pinpoint that they added in insurance that I refused. Uhaul said they would have to open a customer action and that I would hear form somebody in 72 hours instead of just fixing it at the time. Just horrible all around.
