I have had good experiences with U-Haul when driving one-way (state-to-state). Today, I rented a U-Haul for “in-town” use, and was charged an additional $25.00 in my credit card. I exceeded my projected mileage use by 11 miles, which should have been an additional $10-13 dollars, at most. There is an additional $10 charge that is not accounted for. I was reminded that my original cost of $58.62 was estimated. $58.62 to $83.00 is suspect at best.

Lilia YThe interior and exterior of the truck were dirty. There were crumbs and wrappers inside the truck. I dropped it off a few minutes before 6pm at the location, but the desk had a closed sign. So left the key in the drop box and tried to return it in the app. It just wouldn’t work. I was charged an ‘after hours’ fee because your app didn’t work, and your agent left early.
