The truck was dirty, the cup holders were disgusting inside. Once my truck was returned I was called 30 mins later with voicemail left stating I had not returned my rental and that I’m 10 minutes late and there was someone there to rent it. Then once I called back they said it was a mistake; but a follow up call when they realized their mistake would have been nice. For the amount of money I paid for the U-Haul, the truck was absolutely disgusting.
