How U-Haul Reviews WorkI checked in at the store. I was told where to drive my vehicle, but no instructions were given where to put the trailer. Nor was anyone outside to assist with the parking of the trailer.
STEVEN SI originally went to the incorrect U-Haul location and no one cared to inform me. After an associate took the trucks keys, no one cared to inform me that I was at the wrong location. I had to call multiple times to get an answer only to go back and take the truck to the “ Correct “ location. I will not be recommending U-Haul to anyone, very unprofessional and don’t take the time to help customers out . Lots of miscommunication between the associate and I. I also didn’t pick the location they assigned to me .
