Tell headquarters to please stop changing pickup locations. When someone requests a location it should be that location unless the reservation is made shortly before pickup. When someone reserves a truck or trailer weeks in advance it is frustrating.

MATTHEW JLocation was crowded with a large amount of inventory. Large convenience store, with multiple gas pumps with other retail businesses attached to the C-store. Hard to park a large truck. I requested a drop-off closer to my last stop. Had to drive another 45 minutes to the one U-Haul specified.
