The lady said there would be a full tank of gas "so it would be the white line and not the red". Well we drove 24 miles and the white didnt move but the red did. If its the red line we started off with 2/3's of a quarter of a tank. Not sure whats happening there. Felt like it was a scam to fill up the tank despite not using that amount....ESPECIALLY in a gas crisis. The website wasnt loading properly and took us an additional 15 minutes just to upload pics of the website, and i was made to take another picture of my ID inside the store despite uploading it previously to the app. Whats the point of the app really? Then the app itself unselects the cargo van i had previously selected and changes it to the truck three times the size! I do not need to pay 40 extra bucks for a couch and a tv stand!!! I understand everyone is doing their job and its the end of the day but my god. And why is there a doorbell of dogs barking? And a giant camera watching me from behind??? How uncomfortable of an experience can you make it?!!?

LaCinda LApp asking for too many photos on. Return was a bit annoying. Also gas level 1/4 tank is too low I liked it better when the rule was return it full. Instead of guessing how much fuel to put in it.
Douglas AThe company has very deceptive practices. I had an authorized driver on my account so I didn't take the truck back and based on what the associate mark on the contract it looks as if the tank was 1/4 filled but upon looking at the contract it was just an "estimate"which is an excuse to deceive the driver into thinking the gas is at that level when actually they charge me $35 more to fill the gas back at full. If I had have dropped the truck off I would have filled it back up but my authorized user filled it back up based on what was on the paper which billed me an additional amount that would have been avoided if the representative would have been truthful and not just feel the paper out in order to trick the customer.
