when I checked my unit in, it was not recorded properly in the Uhaul national database so 16 days later I got a message that I need to return my rental or pay for it so I had to drive to this location and walk their enormous lot, find the trailer on my contract, get their management to acknowledge that they did have it and record it with Uhaul which was bothersome and avoidable if the office had done their job properly.

Wellington AWas not able to do a contactless vehicle pick up, and had to go inside to get the keys. They location did not have a regular dolly as requested and wanted to supply an appliance dolly, which would not help. Staff was not friendly.
