William BCharged me an extra day for being 1 hour late on a day all u-haul locations are closed...previous experience rented equipment and was charged 4 extra days dropped off on time. Was sent on a chase between calling u-haul and the facility.
ANDREW GWould have been five stars. However the cargo space of the truck I rented had leaves and dirt inside. To me that was a minor inconvenience So before we could load we had to sweep it out. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend them for sure.
GREGORY SWhile the truck was well maintained, we did have an issue with a serpentine belt breaking on our trip. U-Haul roadside assistance helped get the vehicle towed to a service center.
