Customer service was fine but I found the location itself to rather small compared to others I have been to. I was however able to park in what appeared to be a regular vehicle parking spot..I would have been uncomfortable trying to park elsewhere without a spotter.

Can't think of anything. I was very pleased with the transaction and the vehicle. It's a beautiful vehicle. Rides nicely and holds a LOT of "stuff."
MARGARET AThe parking lot at this location is very small and it felt awkward leave my vehicle there all day while using the rental truck. The lock box was very difficult to open. The interior of the van had muddy footprints and did not feel up to U-Haul standards.
