Linda SThe van was clean but there were several flies inside. The app did not work. I was unable to pick up my van or drop it off without help from customer service. They were very helpful.
Alexandra SOur truck experience was great at both ends. In addition, our moving helpers, King Discount Moving in Thorndale PA, were excellent. HOWEVER, our movers On the Way (OTW) Solutions out of Staunton, Virginia, NEVER SHOWED UP - even after confirming earlier in the week. This left us in a real bind. We two old folks had to unload the truck by ourselves and most of the furniture only made it into the garage, where it sits right now. U-Haul could do a better job of vetting moving helpers. OTW should be removed since they are clearly unreliable.
Janet RI forgot my EZPass transponder in the truck. The Storage Solution associate called me and held it at the counter until I was able to make it back in to pick it up.
