I was charged for 4 gallons of gas to refill tank. I only drove the truck 12 miles, which is documented on the odometer (and by my photos). I am quite sure that the truck get more than 3 mpg.
Scott BI was able to successfully check-in online at this location and the key and lock combo were accessed without issue.
Brian FMark was gracious to come back after hours and help me get a truck when my mobile pickup reservation was inadvertently cancelled. I recommend his excellent service to anyone and I will be going back for his rental services.
Yonathan TMy reserved truck was blocked in and it took customer relations 2 hours to figure out an alternative. The debacle cost me 4 hours to my move and much stress. Then the storage we reserved was so small and the hallway so narrow that we couldn't move our furniture in. HORRIBLE
