The rep at this location was great but my rating is on the truck itself. Tires were literally bald on the outside. Needs an alignment and not sure it even passes inspection. Windshield was absolutely filthy. Had to clean it to even see out of it. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. Glovebox was broken and held shut by duck tape. Truck was in desperate need of maintenance. Did not run very well.

Van was parked on the rocks in the front with carboard sign still in it. Was a bit awkward to have to drive it off and move the cardboard sign out of the way.

Adriel FI was 2.9 miles over my mileage allotment mostly because of a road closure and detour that I had to take in Charlottesville and yet I was still charged extra for this even though I had put a quarter of a tank more gas in the truck than I was required to. I just think that’s ridiculous!!!
