We had a lot of trouble finding both where the truck should be dropped, and where the key box was since they weren’t near each other.

The mobile lock to get the keys was extremely difficult to open even with the code. The moving blankets and dolly’s were not in the truck as rented. I drove a total of 11 miles and was charged $60 for a gas surcharge. I would not recommend using this location.
Scott HI arrived at facility and didn’t get assistance till 30/40 min after I also got charged for a 15inch truck and I picked a 10 inch……the person apologized but it pl put me behind and was just unprofessional.
