Ahmad H.Pick up was decent. The ride was also snooth with No problems. Drop off had way too many formalities to follow. It was cold and raining outside but they wanted picture of the vehicle from every freakin angle. Took around 15 mins. The gates at the drop off center was completely closed too. Even they can improve in booking easeness. They try to sell every freakin thing in between. Make it easier and get more bookings.
