This was the worst experience in my whole entire life. After dealing with other issues that were going on in my life this was just another blow. I rented my truck at 3:00 p.m. And return to it at 5:30 p.m. to the location I rented from. I asked the gentleman there was there anything else I need to do, and he said no. He said he will E mail me my receipt in the next 10 minutes. That never happened! I followed up with customer service the next day, and I had to call back several times as the issue went unresolved. Finally the receipt arrived via E mail over 24 hours later. That was completely unacceptable.

The van I rented was not clean. Cigarette butts everywhere and it smelled like cigarettes. The mileage was wrong on the paperwork versus what the mileage read inside the vehicle. Of course I didn’t notice until I paying the fee. The gentleman that was handing us the keys walked right passed us and didn’t say one word until I asked him was he showing us the vehicle. I will not be going back to this place and may consider using another company the next time I need to move.

I do not have a problem with the rental pickup location I am not happy with having to give my truck a jump and I was with my movers who I had a least an hour with them to go to another location to drop off my belongings, but couldn't because of looking for someone to give me a jump. I could never get in contact with roadside assistant. A stranger was nice and gave me a jump. I am now waiting on someone to get back to me. I did make a complaint.

THE VAN THAT I RENTED WAS FILTHY INSIDE. YOU ALL SHOULD NOT BE RENTING VEHICLES TO CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED ON THE INSIDE. PEOPLE HAVE TO PUT THEIR FURNITURE AND OTHER BELONGINGS IN THOSE VEHICLES. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND RIDICULOUS. YOU ALL NEED TO BE REPORTED FOR THAT.
