The location was confusing because there was no personnel to help. I did locate the parking lot to park the vehicle and the lock box but it was not clear if it was the right spot. I eventually found where to park the truck after calling a help line ensured that I was in the right spot and I eventually found the lockbox but even the business (not U-haul) that the lockbox was outside of was unsure about where to park and that there was location to return the key. Overall, it was confusing.

LATOSHA GThis was to be in office pick up, the office hours was supposedly to open at 9 am never open, for pick up & drop of ! Tried to return online but was having trouble completing when it required picture of dashboard, tired to take photos 10 times!
walter aOpened the back and there was a hat and hanger, other than that it was clean. My original reservation I set up, I showed up and they said no one is here to give you keys but I know a guy. Then I was charged triple for what I had originally agreed to on my original reservation. The guy was nice but how did I know I wasn’t gonna get kidnapped or robbed. The area is pretty dirty and not in the safest area. Idk I felt unsafe and taken advantage off. Still trying to get some of my money back.
