Truck interior was dusty and had not been cleaned. Concerning given we are leaving in a pandemic. Also charged for 227 miles when all I traveled was 84 miles. Very disappointing.

I was upset because I could have verified my account before arriving at the location. So we were standing out in the cold waiting for a representative to call a verified contact. What if no one picked up the call? It's a very bad system your working with. Started out my trip very frustrated with UHAUL

The truck was unclean - there were stains and refuse in the cupholders and there was a used lighter on the passenger side floor. Also, the cargo bed was dirty and dusty; it definitely hadn't been swept or cleaned since its last use. I was also concerned at the lack of health precautions taken by the people that operate the location given that we are in the midst of a global pandemic. There was no attempt made at this location to accommodate extra steps in cleanliness, sanitation, and social distancing, which have been outlined for businesses by the CDC and the WHO.

My pickup and drop-off was fine; the office was open and had a very laid-back atmosphere. Equipment was in fine shape, though it did have a 'low air-pressure' warning. I returned the equipment same day and made sure to take lots of photos of my return mileage and gas after reading all the reviews on here. I thought when I received one invoice that seemed accurate, I had made it out okay. Today, I received another invoice that said that I had purchased $21.00 worth of boxes and packaging (which I didn't), and showed that I had returned the truck at a lower fuel level than I actually had. This guy is a scammer, but play it safe and keep your receipts, and hoepfully you'll make it out without getting ripped off.


The location was kind and efficient, but my truck doubled my mileage. I google mapped the exact routes I drove and it was half the mileage reported at the end of the day by the truck. I tried to write to the email on my invoice with documented pictures multiple times, but no response. It's only $15, but it's really the principle of the matter...


This is the worst location that I used. The person in charge didn't check the miles in the truck, he charged too much without asking how many miles I was going to drive. I don't recommend this location.

I should have read the reviews before using this location, but I was desperate and it was last minute. Like so many others, I was over charged for my rental (charged for 24 miles, drove maybe 8), and I have no hopes of getting a refund for it. Just don't use this place, it's a huge pain in the aftermath and it's super shady and sketchy.

I rent 3-4 times a week for the last 10 years. This was a uniquely pleasant experience. The guy running the place makes this a great place.

Answer the door and don't be blasting music, working out, and lacking attention while it's business hours and people are trying to pick up their rentals.

It was a weird place. It seemed as if the guy who owned the place was also living in the same room. The man also didn't check our drivers licenses.

Everything was fine for the most part but the gentleman who checked us in and ran the rental facility was not wearing a mask which made us uncomfortable. Our dolly was also not available at the time of pickup, although he did have a larger utility dolly we were able to use.

Was unable to start the pickup process due to an error and was on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and once I finally got the keys to the truck, the battery was dead. I called the roadside assistance number and was on hold for 40 minutes and once they sent someone out to help it took another 40 minutes. By the time they arrived I had to go home and use my own starter to turn on the truck and had to use it multiple times throughout the reservation.

Get a new operator/representative. The individual was extremely aggressive and rude because we didn't close to front door. He refused to serve us until I could finally get him to de-escalate.

Charged the wrong amount. Location wasn't clean, truck was dirty, didn't have pads as per rental agreement, and lastly I was charged WRONGLY double the amount that I should have been and didn't get full overcharged portion of the money back. I drove 32 miles, was charged 64 miles, rented for 1 day charged for 2 days, etc.. everything double. I don't think I'll be renting from U haul in general after this experience.

Well I'm still waiting for the refund for the pads and dolly I paid for that was not in the truck? I was told I'd get a refund and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting.

Mobile app didn't work as I expected it to be. That delayed me for about 20 minutes, plus keys weren't left outside to pickup, had to go into the office and ask for them. Also was charged for a Dolley and furniture pads that I never had.

the uhaul was not cleaned and when it was raining the truck started to leak from the windshield area. I didn't know I had to checkin the vehicle before returning the keys so I wasn't able to checkin and provide photos and milage...
