The staff wasn't very friendly and you can barely understand what they are saying. As far as the equipmemt., it was very nice. I also ended up needing additional time and they were very accommodating.

Anne RVehicle not very clean,. Windows and steering wheel were greasy. Check engine light was on the whole time. Low tire pressure warning in two tires. Location did not communicate drop box readiness to uhaul. Had to wait 30 minutes past pickup time to get vehicle, after an initial call to Uhaul incorrectly telling me to go to another location.
