My first location to pick up the van (Pursuit Cars) did not have the keys in the drop box, so I was forced to go to a 2nd location (Executive Inn). The U-Haul representative I reached on the phone was helpful, but the lack of preparedness of the first location was disappointing.

Lower mileage for the 10/10
JEREMI LThe establishment at this location was not very welcoming or helpful. The lady that was at the desk to take my return was absolutely not helpful and acted as if she had no idea what she was supposed to do. I had call U-Haul to make sure my drop off was registered & then she apparently lied about the amount of gas the truck had because I turned it in with a full tank & was still charged a fee saying I hadn't put gas back in it. Will deficiently NOT be using again.

MICHAEL JEmployees very rude and disrespectful. I filled the gas tank more than what it was when I got it and was given no credit. Will never use uhaul again
