The guy at the counter needs to work on customer service I arrived about 12 mins after 9 the door was locked and he was outside moving trucks around. After another 10-15 min wait he finally let us in, but then the phone rung and that was more important then the customers standing in front of him..Overall what should have been an in and out situation it took about 30 mins.

We are not sure but it seemed that the clerk did not have the correct mileage and gas level. Possibly was looking at another vehicle on the computer? Some discrepancy when we returned the vehicle. Not a huge issue, though.

There was an issue with the reservation I made online- so I had to go through the process again with the employee. He did try to get the reservation "fixed" but that just took more time and I needed to get the truck and roll. Not spend 40 minutes at U-Haul. When I brought the truck back there was only one employee working and 4 trucks waiting to drop off as well as people picking up- so those reservations took forever. I'm curious about why only one person was working on what they had told me in the morning was the busiest day for them. I felt bad for the guy but he also had next to zero customer service skills.

Talked to uhaul several times in the day and my order was messed up each time. It was a mess. I also paid and then they would not let the driver take the truck and made him pay. So irritated with uhaul.

truck wasnt at pickup location we scheduled which was a huge incovienance for us, we got the $50 refund in a timely manner which was great....but then half a week later somehow our credit card gor charged again. :(

I rented a 5x9 trailer from the location on 6/09/18. (reserved online) The gentleman at the counter was professional and efficient. Upon returning the trailer, the same. An attendant was there to meet me as I pulled in the lot and receive the trailer back. On a day of moving, it was great to start off the day with no issues and end with little time wasted as well.

Poor customer service and very disorganized. The service rep was not helpful and lacked knowledge about mileage. He mumbled and chewed gum as he talked and didn’t seem to like his job much. To the service rep; If you don’t like helping customers then find a job that’s not service oriented. I’ll go with a different uhaul location next time.

First of all i was supposed to pick the moving truck up at 9am, but because they opened up late because the GM never showed another worker who wasn't scheduled until later that came in early had to check in all the stores returned trucks from the previous day before we could get our trucks which dalayed my day. I will never rent from u haul again and i have already shared my horrible experience w/family, friend's and co worker.

You must inform customers using the after hours pick-up, they must be on site within 30 minutes of their assigned reservation or the app does not work.

They sent us off with a trailer that had no running lights, which we didn’t discover until that night as we were driving though the mountains. Definitely not safe.

I had trouble convincing the tech that I had put in sufficient gas when returning the vehicle. I went 43 miles (<1/2 with the vehicle partially loaded), and I put in 4.5 gallons, well within the earlier suggested mph of 10 miles/gallon. Hi claimed I had to put in 3 more gallons and would be charge 12.75. We argued for perhaps five minutes before he finally seemed convinced I really did put in the 4.5 gallons. He should be instructed to trust what the customer says, since it is difficult to read the gas gauge with that level of precision. Thank you.
