When I arrived I could see that the entire lot was full of trucks. I think the gentleman's name was Caspi who was working that morning. He was very busy getting all of the trucks moved (it's a small lot) and dealing with about a dozen customers at the same time. He was patient and helpful to everyone and got me out of there faster than I could have imagined possible. He did a great job in a stressful situation and deserves a medal or something I think. Thanks!

Upon arriving at the original location to pick up the truck I was told they did not have one and was sent to another location much further away. I was given this link to file a petition to be reimbursed for the gas mileage difference between the location I originally reserved and the location I ultimately had to use. I could see that their location was a bit disorganized but it was one of the biggest moving days of the year. Thankfully we planned ahead of time and reserved a truck, which was dutifully provided. We would definitely go back but only with preparation or a reservation and earlier in the day like we did for this transaction. Maybe make it more apparent to your customers that if they plan with you guys earlier then they'll more likely have a truck or receive the help they need from your services. Thanks!

first of all this was my worst experience in regards to communication or customers service from the call center. I called at 10:51am and spoke with a customer service rep to confirm my rental arrangement set online the night before with specific location instructions and truck size. That was all confirmed and the rep advised me to pick up the truck at desired location at 12pm. I had my team get prepared at the move location and went to pick up truck. When i arrived at rental location, the truck wasn't there. I was told that it was at another location 20 minutes away. It just seems like the rep would have told me that on the phone at 10:51am, saving me a trip. Knowing you can't make up lost time or money, I had to get a smaller truck from the location i was at. I had people waiting on me that i had to pay for helping me move and the truck wasn't even big enough to finish the move, but i had to take what was closest in size and available. With all the technology in place and 95% of communication done by phone, just seems like i could have been called back or just told the correct location from the original phone call at 10:51am. Not a good moving experience with a smaller truck than requested.

I rented a 17' truck and a car hauler. When I picked up the car hauler the employee attached the hauler and informed me that he inspected the hookup and it is all set. When I left the parking lot, I drove down the street where my car was parked so that I could load the vehicle. When I attempted to load the car, the trailer came off of the hitch and slammed into the back of the truck. I immediately backed up my car and discovered that the employee NEVER secured the lock on the ball hitch, causing it to come off when I tried to load the car. Fortunately, I was able to get the trailer attached again and "properly secured" which was the employee's job in the first place. This could have killed someone and I am very displeased with the work done at this location. Not to mention, this wasn't even the location I was suppose to pick up the vehicle. I actually reserved this outfit at another location, but when I got there at 7am, I was told to go across town to this location because they had my vehicle. That is not the point of a "RESERVATION" guys.....come on, get it together Uhaul. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

Service was horrible at this location. They didn't provide us with the furniture pads and it was impossible to get a hold of the office to tell them this. I had to call customer service for uhaul and they were experiencing phone and computer problems so it took 45 minutes to get this resolved. They also didn't have my drop off information in the computer even though I picked a location online. I was very unsatisfied with my entire experience.

The store opened up at 9 am however, the staff working that day did not arrive until about 9:15. There was about 8 of us waiting to pick up a UHaul. Even though we checked in online, it still took about each person about 15 minutes to get their vehicle. I feel bad for those at the back of the line. They probably didn't get off the lot until close to 10 am. They could ave used additional help at store.

Poor Communication. I Initially reserved my U-Haul truck in a different location. Because this location is closed on Sundays, I was relocated to this location but was not clearly communicated to me about it and I lost almost 1 hour during this process before eventually figuring out the whole situation.

This location was awesome but the over all company did me wrong fore starters they scheduling made my pickup location in a whole different state thousands of miles away and there weren't any more trucks left in my area for the day of my move so I got one the phone and spoke to Matt and he told me he would give me a truck for $50 but I had to pick it up in cincinnati and I could drop it off in kentucky with 50 free miles well when I went to pickup the truck it was coming up as $150 so I call back and spoke with a woman this time and she said she was the schedule manager for this area, I started to tell her my problem but when she herd the part about $50 for the truck she became upset and all she wanted to talk about was the $50 not the problem at hand I work with customers every day and if one of my employee's treated my customer like this they would be standing at the unemployment line.
