They offered my boxes for free so when I took some they called me later accusing me of making a mess and I didn't it was the guy himself that did it and didn't tell his wife. Then when I returned the truck with the left over boxes I didnt use they charged me a cleaning fee. I was returning their boxes I didnt use. They also charged me for gas even though it was returned on the exact amount I picked it up with. I called to try to make it right with uhaul and I got hung up on and never received a call back. I got ripped off and will never chose uhaul again if this is how they chose to do business.
