The truck had engine trouble and would not start two different times, causing a 2 hour delay in our use of the truck. When I mentioned perhaps Uhaul could help me out with a discount the worker got nasty with me. Not what I needed after a very long day.

JAMI SThis location was awesome and very professional they made the whole process extremely easy from picking it up to dropping it off. This section does not reflect the business on greenback lane rather uhaul as a company when I went to rent there was a hold on my account for money I owed from 2019, so 6 years ago. They never reached out to collect payment or let me know I owed that amount. So I stead I had my account locked. Had to call a number an pay money from 6 years prior just to rent a truck. Terrible business practices just waiting to screw unsuspecting customers. I will more then likely never rent from u haul again because of their shady business practices.
