-Greet your customers when they walk in maybe? -Have the reservation ready or at least know how to operate the system and find the correct reservation/update anything that’s “changing/not changing” Not an ideal parking lot but it was in a decent location I guess. I also reserved a uhaul 9 miles closer to home the day prior to being switched to a further location which was incredibly inconvenient and ran up my time and my mileage more so I don’t appreciate that at all.

Lane CThe truck had roaches they were noticed crawling inside but once movement was made by hitting the walls of the truck more roaches came out and we were able to kill what was seen before loading my belongings. I have never gotten a truck from this location that had bugs, although the truck was clean this isy only complaint.

Cathy HOrdered a dolly with the truck - there was no dolly. Day of, having to do check-in, stated if you were “late” it would cut in to time being charged, but it took 30 plus minutes to complete the check-in. Truck was super clean and well maintained, but check-in should probably be the night before or allowed prior to pick up time.
