The issues are not with the equipment or personnel, they are with the website service--badly designed. I know because that's what I do. First, (this is personal) too many web trackers. Second, wrong sequence of events: First we enter all data, then a f888ing Captcha brakes the process and we don't get the confirmation number. This causes 2 new issues--a truck is booked but we don't know it, so we book a second truck at a far away location. This means more time and gas for the user, and potentially a second truck is booked which nobody can rent. Correct sequence: Place the Captcha first, before we input data. Simple. People pays a premium for "Easiness of Use." Plus, we don't waste time or worry what happened to my data, is it safe, etc.?
