Out of the way, no signs showing were to go, address given was not same as GPS. So caused confusion. Was not informed had to go in the Ford service department to get services.

Brende BEverything was great other than inwas told I had until 9:00 to bring it back. My son went to go pick my car up around 8:20ish and by the time he got to the gate they had locked him in. I got to the dealership around 8:45 and sat out in the parking lot until about 10:00 waiting for someone to get there so I could get my car out.
