Everyone there is SO nice & professional...this is my 2nd time using U-Haul services within a year! Don't plan to move anytime soon but I know exactly where we're going if/when we do!
MARCHELLE BTruck was not clean. The windshield was very dirty and the interior had debris from previous use. The truck was not ready when I arrived and the AC did not work in 97 degree heat.
JOSEPH Mtrailer was dirty inside. I had to sweep it before loading it.
FRANCISCO CEven when overloaded with business he spent time with me explaining the return process. Excellent quick service.
