Wash the inside of the windshield ... literally ... that's the only complaint I could possibly come up with ... Perfect experience otherwise ... oh, and give away some of that freshly cooked Jamaican chicken with every rental ... That smelled amazing.

Craig MThis review is only for location. Why not for the overall experience. Renting a UHaul was an absolutely horrible overall experience. Not only did the original location just not open at all that morning and I was left there on the curb, but when I had to call in to switch the locations of the rental, I had to wait even longer because they had forgotten the keys in another location. I wasted so much time just standing on a curb waiting for customer service from your representatives. Absolutely horrible And the fact that I used your official website for the bookings make it even worse.
