richard lThe customer service was amazing here. Not everyday you pick a U-haul up at a workout place, but they were ready to go and it was extremely quick. Only issue was the inside of the trailer had a bunch of dust/dirt in it. I had to sweep it out and it was a lot. Other than that everything else was great!
Jeffery YThe gentleman who assisted me was very professional. The system itself was slow, and I think that was universal, because I had to call a number to get cleared to rent my truck and she said her system was slow as well. Not the location's fault. The only complaint I really have is that I had reserved a dolly to go along with my truck and when I came to pick up the truck I was told that he had just run out of dollies. That was frustrating because that added more miles to the truck so that I could find a dolly somewhere else in town. Other than that I was very satisfied with the location.
