I dropped my rental off and the location was closed. Was still able to park it next to other trailer’s and use U-Haul.com to return my equipment. Was very easy and self explanatory

VICTOR VI reserved a cargo van nearly two weeks in advance and when I go to pick up their is no van!! And no one else in town had one poor management!
