Please double check order and make sure you put all paid equipment into uhaul rental. Ordered a dolly and didn’t receive it. Store wasn’t open so couldn’t talk to anyone and get it. Had to move an entire house without the dolly we were expecting which made the job take way longer than it should’ve and was extremely heavy. And, afterwards we were still charged for it. Other than that, the location was easy to find, the uhaul truck itself was clean and the app has easy to understand steps. Was just upset about whoever put the keys in the box for our rental did not make sure we had the dolly.
