Ya couldn’t even get a hold of anyone and they kept contacting me to return the U-Haul two days after I returned it cause it wasn’t checked in by this location.

It was just weird dropping off a truck on a random lot. I called ahead and left a message to make sure someone would be there, but no answer.

Amber RMake sure the trailers are safe. Letting trailer's leave the location with dangerous tires should not happen. Putting people's life in danger is bad for business!
