It’s hard to rate this U-Haul experience this time around. We arrived at 9:20 for a 9:30 pickup to find a sign on the door that the location would be closed through (it doesn’t matter). Now what? I tried the number on the door, nothing. After a bit, I found a number to U-Haul. A nice representative transferred my call to a scheduler that was able to get me in a truck but not the 2 dollies I requested. My wife needed to drive to a separate location to pick up the dollies. The truck was old and drove like it. Someone needs to look at the engine and suspension, or just let ole Bessie go in peace. If there was someone at the location when I returned it, I would have asked for a refund. I am asking you now through this portal for a refund.
