The line was very long and it took an hour to get my truck at this location. This was after my truck reservation at another location was not there and I had to come to this location to get the size I reserved, so all in all it took about 2.5 hrs to get my truck.

Rented a tow dolly. Was 10 mins away. I got there they rented to someone else. But you didn’t have a problem taking my money over the phone. To HOLD it. Complete Crap. And no discount for taking a trailer I didn’t want.

I called when they opened to reserve a van at another location because the web site said they didn't have one but they did picked it up did my business put gas back into it returned it, it was quick and fast.

It was cold so I know truck washes are not an option in that kind of weather, but please take some disinfectant wipes and wipe down and clean the insides thoroughly - if it's too cold for soap and water or in addition to soap and water. Also, the porter that brings the truck should have more customer service to his attitude. I like using U-Haul but the customer service didn't feel inviting. It was a thug experience and I don't want to spend money to feel as if I'm not appreciated. One more thing. Please let cash carriers know on the website that there is a $100.00 deposit if using cash, when people reserve trucks with a credit or debit card. I had no idea. I just happened to have over $100.00 in cash, but I was not told about the deposit amount when using cash until it was sprung on me at check out. I won't be back to that location because of the customer service.

Some customers, when there is a long line at the check-in desk, seem to enjoy prolonging their interaction with the check-in employees. I know you have to be courteous, and "the customer is always right", but the lady ahead of me took far too much advantage of your employee. She even wanted a discount on a previous unpaid bill!!!

Karen at the Morse road uhaul rental was very nice. Jaquel was also very friendly. Amazing service to bad all uhaul renting places don't have great customer service as Morse road employees.

When I rent the 17 footer the battery die, and I have to wait roadside assistance 3 plus hours and took my time to move, so I have to come back next day rent another u-haul and finished my moving. But the customer service was excellent.

I brought my uhual back and the guy at the check in made go back to the gas station for $1.78 gas. He told they would not charge me mileage for going to the gas station and back, so went. When I came back there was a different guy at check in and I told him what the other guy said about the mileage. He told me to just park it and leave it because there were several trucks in line to get checked ahead of me. Later in the week I have uhaul hitting my card. This is wrong!

There were 8 people in line in front of me when I arrived at the store. It took 45 minutes for me to be able to get to the front desk, speak with a staff member and finally pick up the truck (that I had already reserved on-line). The "on-line process" is supposed to speed up the "pick up process", and yet there is no advantage at all to reserving a truck on-line if the customer still has to wait in line for 45 minutes. Very discouraged and frustrated. I probably won't be back to this store. Sorry!!!!!

Two days after we dropped off the trailer we were received a call saying it was overdue and asked where it was. After telling them we dropped it off two days ago, someone went out to the lot and found it. We even asked the guy who unhooked us and the person inside the office if we needed to do anything else/get a receipt etc. to show we dropped it off and both said we were good to go; clearly they never marked it as received.
