I was in this store for over 45 minutes waiting for the paperwork for my trailer rental. This is a convenience store with a lot of foot traffic. At least 25 other customers were served before me. This site either needs to have two people on duty on days when rentals are to be picked up or get out of the U-Haul business. I won't do business with this site again.

Faster checkout. I made reservations online and completed express checkout also but when I got there, it took over 40 minutes to check out. When I made reservations, my total came to $163 but when I got to petro it was $194.00. I was asked if I was getting a 10' but my order clearly stated a 17'. I was told that I needed to fill up at 1/4 of a tank but when we got in the vehicle it was a little over 1/4 but less than 1/2. When I dropped of the vehicle, the lady(at front desk) told me I needed to bring it on 1/2 a tank. I told her I was told I only needed 1/4 so I had to go and put it on 1/2 which was different from what my pickup location said. My total order at my drop off location went up to over $200 which I was never told. The drop off location told me it was because I upgraded to 26'. I was surprised because I never asked for a 26'. I took the keys that were given to me and started my day. The lady at the drop of location asked if I signed a contract. Nothing for me to sign was never brought up or presented to me. I was only given the keys and that's it. Even though I was able to complete my move, the experience wasn't great.

The associate word really hard to help me. He called customer service 3 time asking if they would do the transaction. Finally the call center actually listened to him and finish the process. He apologize many times even though it was out of his control.

The cab had food crumbs on the floor just was not me.. I really enjoyed the store manager who was very helpful and kind..I will be doing business always..

Picked up car hauler and it had a flat tire. Agent was nice enough to give me coins to put in the machine to air it up. But it went down more than a couple of times. Had to wait on roadside to fix. The truck turn signal and brake signal did not work. Had to take it to the local parts store to buy a fuse for van. It had blown. Overall the experience was OK I don't think I will consider this provider next time.

I reserved online but it took 30 minutes to finalize the transaction at the store. It was a convenience store and the clerk had to stop numerous times to ring up customers. He also mentioned it was a new system and had to start the process over again when he couldn't figure out how to add the appliance dolly.
