All I can day about this store is that the location was not an actual uhaul which made some things like finding the right entrance confusing. I missed my first pick uo time due to the GOS taking me to the back of the facility. When I finally got to the truck at the correct entrance, they were gone and nobody there could help me get my truck. It was frustrating and took hours because the app was not operating properly.

ANNAMALAI PAmazingly helpful and super friendly! The person at the front desk was super accommodating when I went to the wrong location and thankfully had the truck available. Was quick to change our reservation so we didn’t need to go to another spot!
